You've hit the jackpot... our beef is raised with care and absolutely delicious. We prioritize tenderness and flavor, and we don't think you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for individual cuts, we've got you covered. We also sell whole animals or parts of a whole! We strive to utilize all parts of the animal as well, so we have offal cuts available too. All beef is USDA certified and dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days.
